Mary Gutierrez
Ms. Gutierrez is an associate with the firm of James R. Gotwals & Associates, Inc.

Born in Brownsville, Texas on December 17, 1951, Ms. Gutierrez attended the University of Tulsa where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in 1973. She earned her juris doctorate with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1999. She is a member of Phi Delta Phi as well as a recipient of the CALI Awards for : Legal Authorities and Appellate Advocacy. She was admitted to the bar in 1999.

Ms. Gutierrez is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Ms. Gutierrez served as the Research Editor, Notes and Comments, for the Tulsa Law Journal from 1998 to 1999 and is the author of "Oklahoma's New Adoption Code and Disclosure of Identifying Information," 34 Tulsa LJ 133 (1998).

She is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations and the American Inns of Court. Her areas of practice include: family law and civil litigation.
